Wingate at Silver Lake, a skilled nursing community owned and operated by Wingate Healthcare, has named Pamela Hiltz director of nursing.
Hiltz served as assistant director of nursing for Wingate at Silver Lake between 2002 and 2007.
She has more than 21 years of experience in long-term care settings. Prior to her new role, she served as director of nursing services for a 101-bed, short- and long-term care facility in Braintree, MA, and managed nursing at other long-term care facilities in Massachusetts, ranging from 45- to 164-bed facilities.
Hiltz holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Boston.
