Frank C. Miller returned to work in the BakerHostetler Columbus, OH office this month, the firm announced.

He worked at BakerHostetler for nine years as a partner, leaving in 2008 to work at the Kaiser Foundation Health plan as its lead transactional counsel. During that time, he oversaw the acquisition of a Seattle-based nonprofit charitable health plan and affiliation with a related medical group in a deal valued at more than $2 billion.

Miller completed his bachelor’s at Miami University and his juris doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
