Change Healthcare has appointed Steven Martin executive vice president of enterprise technology.
Martin joins Change Healthcare from GE where he served as acting CEO for GE Digital. He previously spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he was a key leader on their Azure cloud platform team.
As a member of Change Healthcare’s executive leadership team, he will report directly to President and CEO Neil de Crescenzo. Martin will oversee all of Change Healthcare’s research and development, information security and information technology operations. He also will be responsible for the overall technology direction of the company’s product and service portfolio.
“Steven’s experience and accomplishments illustrate that he is an innovator, an expert with command of business and technology and the vision to see its potential applications,” said de Crescenzo.
Martin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in behavioral science.
