WellSky has bought Health Care Software Inc. (HCS), which provides software to long-term care facilities, inpatient rehab, senior living and long-term acute care hospitals.
HCS Interactant® solution is an healthcare information technology platform for patients with complex needs.

WellSky understood HCS’s mission to better serve specialty hospitals, inpatient rehab and senior living, said Tom Fahey, HCS CEO. HCS will maintain its office in New Jersey, with Fahey leading the team. The company will be “gradually integrated” into the WellSky brand over time.
