Wellness checks added to automated solution system

VoiceFriend has created an automated daily wellness check-in module for seniors.  

It allows communities performing daily wellness check-ins to save time by foregoing phone calls, door-to-door checks or dining room attendance, CEO Bruce Baron said.

“Senior living communities asked VoiceFriend to develop an automated solution for wellness checks,” he said. “Our service has been well-received by senior living executives and has been proven to increase staff productivity and help ensure the safety of the seniors in their care.”
