WorkingCouples.com, a subscription-based job posting board for couples, has experienced growth from companies looking to fill senior or long-term care positions, the company said.
Many employers on WorkingCouples.com also are looking for caregiver help for the physically or developmentally challenged, the company said.
WorkingCouples.com allows unregistered users to browse job postings at no cost before making the commitment of a paid subscription. Once subscribed and registered, users can then see all of an employer’s contact information.
Users are encouraged to put a couple’s resume or photo as a way to personalize the job-search process.
