Odd Fellows Home in Walla Walla, WA, has recently invested in an Continental Girbau Aquawing Variable Injection Ozone System (Aquawing), the company said.
Aquawing validates mandatory levels of ozone are reached and maintained in the wash wheel, improving laundry energy efficiency. Ozone requires fewer chemicals to remove stains and lowers water heating costs, Odd Fellows Home executives said.
The Aquawing system eliminates more than 99% of bacteria and viruses, but also lessens the likelihood of skin rashes for residents that can stem from harsh chemicals.
