Dallas-based Regency Post-Acute Healthcare System has sold a portfolio of 33 Texas skilled nursing facilities to Capital Senior Ventures, the companies announced in March.
The portfolio currently stands as the largest senior housing sale on record in Texas. In total, the 33 facilities have approximately 4,200 skilled nursing beds.
The transaction also included “shovel-ready” land for future construction projects, the companies said in a joint press release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
