Capital Funding Group has announced the closing of two bridge-to-HUD transactions.
The first was a $7.37 million bridge-to-HUD loan for the acquisition of Kaaterskill Care Nursing and Rehabilitation in Catskill, NY. The nursing home was originally affiliated with Columbia Memorial and has been owned by Premier Healthcare Management since 2014.
The second was a $3 million bridge-to-HUD loan to assist with the acquisition of Maison Jardin Senior Living in Morgan City, LA.
