Strawberry Fields REIT has bought three skilled nursing facilities in Arkansas.

They are The Waters of Newport, a 120-bed SNF built in 2001; Hot Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hot Springs, a 152-bed SNF built in 1978, and The Waters of West Dixon. The last, located in Little Rock, has 140 skilled nursing beds and 32 assisted living beds in Madison Assisted Living, which sits on the campus.

Infinity Healthcare of Arkansas will provide consulting services, the CEO said.

“The acquisition of these three new properties is part of our continued expansion in Arkansas,” said Moishe Gubin, CEO of Strawberry Fields. “The facilities fit well geographically into our portfolio and are all performing well.”

Strawberry Fields now owns over 70 nursing homes throughout the country.
