Cushman & Wakefield‘s Senior Housing Capital Markets Group has arranged for the sale of The Montecito in Arizona.
The community, which has 195 units for independent and assisted living, is in Peoria, AZ. The property was acquired by a joint venture between Dune Real Estate Partners LP, a NY-based real estate investment firm, and Focus Healthcare Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based healthcare real estate investment firm. Integral Senior Living will manage the property.
