HealthcareSource recently announced it is extending its Reference Assessment software to senior living clients in a new integration with the Senior Living • Post Acute applicant tracking system, formerly known as Vikus.
Reference Assessment automates the reference-checking process, sending automated emails to an applicant’s references instead of relying on the recruiter or hiring manager to personally call or email each one. The emails contain a brief questionnaire with pre-selected questions based on job competencies.
