Hydrofera Blue antibacterial wound dressings, combined with comprehensive Skilled Clinical Care, provided faster healing times and lower treatment costs than other advanced dressings, according to a retrospective study.
The study was conducted by Theresa Hurd, PhD, RN, President and CEO of Nursing Practice Solutions, who reviewed wound treatment data for more than 30,000 patients over two years and found Hydrofera Blue reduced healing time by seven days and cut nursing labor costs by 24%.
