Spectrum Health has completed construction on a $22.5 million renovation and expansion of its rehab and nursing center in Grand Rapids, MI.
MKM Architecture + design built a two-story addition to the Kalamazoo facility that replaces a 50-year-old structure.
The new building offers short-term rehabilitation services on the first floor and long-term care on the second floor. The first level has 77 beds, mostly in private rooms, while the second has semi-private suites. Each floor is divided into “households.”
