The Pearl at Five Forks is scheduled to open Feb. 13 in Simpsonville, SC. The 48-apartment building for memory care residents is a Phoenix Senior Living community.
The owners and operators partnered with Memory Care Centers of America to create a living experience for those with dementia. The Pearl at Five Forks is the first Peal community in South Carolina, with other locations in Georgia, Louisiana and Virginia.
