Lumin Medical’s software PatientTrak has been selected for the GE Healthcare Centricity Partner Program. It is one of 14 systems selected for the program.
PatientTrak, designed to monitor, measure and improve patient satisfaction, is cloud-based. Features include display wait times, sign-in kiosks, appointment reminders, patient tracking, text message updates, review site monitoring, patient satisfaction surveys and provider transparency through published surveys and testimonials on the providers’ websites.
“We are very excited to have PatientTrak as a Centricity Partner,” said Neeti Gupta, director of ISV marketing programs at GE Healthcare.
The technology is now compatible for integration with Centricity.
