Capital Health Group has closed the sale of a four community, 534-bed senior housing portfolio southeastern Pennsylvania, the firm announced.
The sale of the first two communities closed on January 31, with the other two closing February 19.
CHG affiliates bought the portfolio in 2017, and Milestone Retirement Communities managed it. Under CHG’s ownership, occupancy averaged above 93% and its operating margin was consistently above 38%, the firm said.
