Santé of Tucson, a 103-bed short-term rehabilitation and transitional care facility located in Tucson, AZ, has been sold, Blueprint announced this week.
The facility opened in early 2017 but faced several short-term rehab competitors. Its financial partner also became embroiled in legal and fraud enforcement actions.
Thomas Seaman Company was appointed receiver, and Blueprint took on facility marketing, the company said. HUD approval for the loan assumption took approximately
two months to complete, the firm said.
