Senior Care Centers acquired two Texas skilled nursing facilities in a $23 million deal, the Dallas-based company announced in December.
The facilities, located near Fort Worth, TX, have a total of 254 licensed beds.
Real estate investment trust LTC Properties Inc. bought the real estate for the two facilities; they will be added to an existing master lease with Senior Care Centers.
The deal brings LTC’s investments with Senior Care over the past five years to a total of $140 million, LTC CEO Wendy Simpson said in a press release.
