Rosetta Stone’s s new healthcare interface.

Rosetta Stone Inc., known for its technology-based language learning solutions, has announced the release of a new language training program meant to help medical professionals better communicate with non-English-speaking patients.

“Research shows that patients in the United States who speak little or no English are less likely to receive all recommended healthcare services than English-speaking patients,” said Matt Hulett, president of Language at Rosetta Stone. “This knowledge, paired with the fact that at least 10 major American cities face critical language gaps where spoken languages by area medical providers do not correspond to the most common non-English languages spoken by their patients, motivated us to build a solution that better-equipped the industry.”

Rosetta Stone for Business features unlimited live tutoring, personalized feedback on pronunciation and writing exercises, and is fully mobile.
