PointRight Inc. and COMS Interactive announced plans to join forces with clinical, sales and marketing resources.
The companies anticipate offering the COMS Daylight IQ® disease management product suite in conjunction with PointRight Care Transitions rehospitalization services, which are part of PointRight’s predictive analytics suite.
The partnership is “a great example of how we continue to align ourselves with organizations that can help extend PointRight’s commitment to reduce avoidable rehospitalizations and improve quality of care,” said Steven Littlehale, executive vice president and chief clinical officer at PointRight Inc.
