RAZ Mobility which makes mobile assistive technology, has launched the Lucia phone.
The Lucia is an basic 3G mobile phone specifically designed to for people who are blind, low vision or hard of hearing.

The voice guide is available in English, Spanish and more than ten other languages. It has a large, high-contrast display with enlarged text.
