The Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service is currently conducting a national compensation study to gather specifics about rehabilitation jobs in nursing homes and hospitals.
The Rehabilitation Compensation Study is collecting information on actual salary/hourly rates, bonuses, per diem rates and benefits granted. Results will be reported separately for hospitals and nursing homes, showing data by city, state, and region. Peoplefirst, Sun Healthcare Group and Heartland Rehabilitation Services are sponsoring the study. HCS performs salary and benefit research.
