Omega Communities LLC, a senior housing development company in Florida, had a groundbreaking for its Fountains of Hope community in December.

The 90,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community will sit on the campus of the Church of Hope in Sarasota.

There will be more than 100 residences on a 10-acre parcel, and have luxury amenities. The construction phase will mean 150 to 200 jobs in the area, and the facility is expected to require a staff of more than 100 full-time employees.
