Propero Seniors Housing Equity Fund III LLC and Tender Loving Care Management (TLC) are working together on the development of Cortez Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Brooksville, FL.
The 170-unit facility includes 109 skilled nursing beds, 41 assisted living units and 20 memory care units. Propero equity and bank construction financing will fund the $41.4 million development.
This is Propero’s second large development with TLC and its principals, following the 2016 development of Bridgewater Park in Ocala, FL.
