Atlas Business Solutions Inc. has released an updated mobile app for its online healthcare staff scheduling software, ScheduleAnywhere.
The ScheduleAnywhere mobile app allows managers to edit schedules, post changes and manage employee requests when they are out of their office or away from their desk, the company said.
By using the app, managers can make last-minute changes and select certain filters, such as location, position and shift. Employees can be immediately notified when schedules change.
Managers can address employee requests using their mobile devices. Within seconds, managers can respond to time-off, swap or cover requests.
“We’re constantly striving to make ScheduleAnywhere the best scheduling tool for our customers,” said Jon Forknell, vice president and general manager for Atlas Business Solutions. “With more being asked of today’s managers, we needed a way for them to be able to update employee schedules and address employee requests even when they’re away from their desks. These enhancements will make scheduling even easier and more efficient for on-the-go managers, and for the employees they schedule.”
