Northbridge Companies has committed $65 million to expanding into Maine with three new communities.
It will break ground Nov. 11 and Nov. 12 to mark expansion into the state communities of Brunswick, Wells and Westbrook. The communities cumulatively will have 215 units for 253 potential residents. Two of the communities will be fully dedicated to memory care.
Northbridge Companies said it expects the expansion will create 285 jobs.
