MINOR’s Low Sodium Gluten Free Base is available in chicken, beef and vegetable, Nestle Professional announced.
The bases meet USDA low-sodium guidelines and do not have gluten, the company said. There is no added MSG. MINOR’s has also created a low-sodium flavor matrix. Providers can also request a sample by calling (800) 243-8822.
