Three Dycora Transitional Health & Living communities were placed under a court-appointed receivership last week, according to local reports.

The three locations, which employ close to 300 people, are now under receivership with the Thomas Seaman Company. The company was appointed by the San Joaquin County Superior Court.

Golden LivingCenters will provide operational support to the facilities, along with eight Dycora centers under receivership in Wisconsin.

“Our joint goal will be to provide the resources, support and expertise needed to support the facilities as they focus on delivering quality care and services to residents,” said Thomas A. Seaman, CFA and Principal of the Thomas Seaman Company, in a statement. “We will enhance their efforts to maintain normal business operations, retain staff and allow the three facilities to operate with no interruption.”

Vendors and employees should be paid on schedule, company officials noted.

“The facilities have faced some challenges, and our team has already stepped in to offer help, including making available financial support to employees of the facilities in the form of funding payroll and other services,” said Wanda Prince, senior vice president of GoldenLiving, in a statement.
