Encore Rehabilitation Services has acquired Evergreen Rehabilitation and Select Medical Rehabilitation Services and Metro Therapy, the contract therapy business of SMRS.
Yukon Partners supported Revelstoke Capital and Encore Rehabilitation with add-on acquisitions. Farmington Hills, MI-based Encore is a current portfolio company of Yukon.
Evergreen has more than 100 client facilities and is based in Louisville. Evergreen’s co-founder and CEO will continue with Encore as its president of business development.
Illinois-based SMRS and Metro Therapy provider therapy services to more than 370 facilities in more than 25 states. Its president, Sue Olsen, will continue with Encore as its president of ancillary services and divisional vice president, overseeing regional operations in Florida, New Jersey and New York.
