Watercrest Senior Living Group had a groundbreaking for the Market Street Memory Care Residence last week. The 46,000-square-foot memory care community will be in Palm Coast, FL.
LifeBuilt Architecture are designing the building, which will include internal courtyards and natural lighting. The 64-unit community is being constructed by Walker & Company and slated to open next summer.
