Lauren DiZio began her journey with Innovive Health in human resources in 2010. Today, she is the senior director of clinical operations, a position via which she provides critical data and guidance to the clinical team, which encompasses clinical directors and clinicians who work diligently in the field.

DiZio’s impact on Innovive Health cannot be understated. Thanks to her efforts, Innovive Health’s electronic health record system was implemented, revolutionizing the organization’s approach to patient data management.

Additionally, she spearheaded the launch of the internal Revenue Cycle and Finance departments, bringing financial operations in-house to enhance control and transparency. This strategic decision contributed to improved financial management and a more streamlined billing process.

Under her leadership, the clinical operations team has successfully supported the seamless operations of more than 20,000 patient visits per week – without missing a patient visit – even during challenging times such as the pandemic.

DiZio is a catalyst for growth at Innovive Health and figures to be an integral part of its future moving forward.

“Lauren’s journey at Innovive Health highlights her exceptional contributions to the organization and her community. Her relentless dedication to patient care, coupled with her transformative leadership style, has propelled Innovive Health to new heights of operational excellence,” her nominators said. “With a rich academic background and an impressive array of accomplishments, Lauren continues to shape the future of clinical operations and set a standard of excellence within the healthcare industry.”
