Before she joined Brightview Bel Air as a resident assistant in 2012, Keri Dunlop was working in a grocery store. Today, she is the delegating nurse at the facility where her nurturing nature and boisterous personality is on full display.

In 2021, Dunlop became a wellness nurse and was put on a track to become Brightview’s health services director. Having worked her way through all the caregiving positions, she brings a unique perspective to the table and cites it as a major reason for her success.

Around the community, Dunlop is known for her charismatic demeanor, honest input and high energy. She often is heard singing her way through the halls or is seen kneeling adjacent to seated residents to create a trusting exchange.

“Keri is adored by families, vendors and her co-workers. Families routinely comment to the executive director on how personable and attentive Keri is when working with them,” her nominators said. “She contributes significantly to the vibrancy and reputation of our family-like community. Her heart is so huge we don’t know how it fits in her body!”
