Medline Industries Inc. has received a National Association of Health Care Assistants endorsement for its holistic skin health program called Skintegrity ™.
Skintegrity’s program involves personalized clinical education for assessing skin changes, evidence-based products for care and treatment, and easy-to-use outcomes management tools.
NAHCA’s Steering Committee unanimously decided to endorse Skintegrity, calling it an innovative and valuable program for frontline caregivers and their patients.
“Every day, our members see the effects of compromised skin — pain, vulnerability to infection and impact on mobility,” says Jeff Wellman, COO of NAHCA. “CNAs are deeply invested in the well-being of the people they serve; they also have an unquenchable desire to learn and grow.”
