The Five-Star Rating System contains several weaknesses, said Connie March, former chairwoman of Life Services Network, the Illinois branch of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. She spoke to McKnight’s about the rollout at the annual conference of LSN at Navy Pier in Chicago last week.
