The WorxHub by Dude Solutions tied a donation drive to attendance at its LeadingAge booth this week.

The company has pledged a $5 donation for every visitor at its booth, 1029, during expo hours in New Orleans. Donations will go to organizations helping those affected by recent hurricanes and wildfires.

“We are heartbroken over the devastation caused by recent natural disasters, especially knowing that senior living communities are among those deeply impacted,” said Nick Mirisis, vice president of marketing at Dude Solutions. “Giving back is an important part of our company culture, and we hope our pledge not only helps these communities in their recovery efforts, but initiates meaningful conversations with attendees.”

Attendees were given a lot of time to make their attendance known at the LeadingAge convention this week. Expo hours were scheduled as follows: 12 to 3:30 p.m. Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, and 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
