Juniper Communities and law firm Akerman LLP announced the $13.65 million acquisition of Wood River Village Retirement Community in Bensalem, PA.
Akerman’s real estate and corporate teams helped completed the transaction, which included 30 TIC owners and an operating seller.
Akerman also recently assisted Juniper in the $35.5 million acquisition of Brookline Village, a senior living community located in State College, PA, and in a $99.1 million multistate sale-leaseback and financing transaction with LTC Properties Inc.
