Investigators analyzing causes of the fire at a Nashville nursing home that killed 15 residents last December ruled out the suspected electric bed Wednesday. All mechanical and electrical components of the bed were tested, authorities said.

The fire at NHC Healthcare Center has been ruled unintentional. The source of the fire is still not known, though the investigators are looking at two more materials taken from the home. They would not reveal what the materials are.

The nursing home was heavily damaged and has not reopened. Numerous lawsuits on behalf of residents have been filed against the owners.
