In 2009, Signature HealthCARE began looking for a software system that could grow with the company. That’s why Mike Easley, the company’s chief information officer, says he was drawn to Interactive Health Network’s Clinical, Financial and Point-of-Care solutions, specifically with the hope of integrating records.
“It was a more boutique-type of software company,” he says. “We wanted something we could work with, and do integration of point-of-care and electronic medical records.”
Easley and his team looked at other larger vendors but were drawn to IHN because it was “highly customizable for what we wanted to do.”
“We are designing a productivity tool for CNAs, and are able to look at the time CNAs are spending and do point-of-care tracking, and have been able to develop a rich data warehouse,” Easley says. “IHN has been easy to work with.”
