Daniel Drake was appointed CEO of Trinity Health’s three national continuing care organizations: Trinity Health Senior Communities, Trinity Health at Home and Trinity Health Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). 

Drake has been with Trinity Health since 2014, previously serving as president of continuing care for Trinity’s Mid-Atlantic region where he expanded its home health and PACE services in the area to become the largest providers in Pennsylvania. His promotion will take effect August 1. 

“Our work is essential to our communities as we provide housing, vibrant living environments, and compassionate services for older adults,” Drake said. “I look forward to collaborating with Trinity Health at Home, Trinity Health Senior Communities and Trinity Health PACE to enhance care and continue growing to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.” 

Drake is a registered nurse and has a master’s of health sciences administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. According to his Linkedin profile, he attended Columbia Business School for his post master’s certificate in mergers and acquisitions and previously served as CEO of the University of Pennsylvania’s Program for All Inclusive Care for Elders. 

Trinity Health is a not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare system based in Livonia, MI. Its continuing care branch consists of more than 20 independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and subsidized senior housing communities around the country.
