Former Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Patrick H. Conway, M.D., and former LeadingAge executive Cheryl Phillips, M.D., will be the keynote speakers at the the American Academy of Home Care Medicine 2018 meeting.
Conway is now the President and CEO of BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, while Phillips is the President and CEO of Special Needs Plans Alliance, an association addressing special needs and Medicare-Medicaid plans for vulnerable adults.
Topics will include telehealth and virtual technology, legislative updates, payment models and change management.
