Mainstreet has begun construction on The Healthcare Resort of Topeka, located in Topeka, KS. Completion is expected in spring 2016.
The new facility will have 94 beds, and provide short-stay rehabilitation, therapy and assisted living services. Residents will be able to enjoy a therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theater, a game room, a spa, an on-site chef and more.
The $16 million project will bring 225 construction jobs and 90 permanent jobs at the property.
