The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has selected Telligen, in collaboration with prime contractor IMPAQ International and E4 Enterprise, as recipients of a five-year, $34.8 million order.

Telligen will provide customer support services to clinicians participating in the Merit-Based Payment System track of the Quality Payment Program as clinicians transition into a new payment system of the QPP.

The order says that Telligen will maintain a dedicated help desk, conduct training, create content and spread program knowledge.

Telligen was previously awarded the QPP Small, Underserved, and Rural Support task order to provide direct technical assistance to small practice clinicians in February.
