Carolina Meadows, a Chapel Hill, NC, continuing care retirement community, has adopted Viibrant’s suite of solutions to improve communication and engagement with residents.
The starting point was digital signage. Carolina Meadows’ previous software was complex and time-consuming to manage, and leaders wanted a provider that could simplify the process of inputting and updating information to be displayed throughout campus.
Viibrant’s cloud and mobile-based solutions range from signage to a resident engagement portal to voice technology integration with Amazon’s Alexa. The user-friendly interface and the robust offerings helped solidify Carolina Meadows’ decision to move forward with Viibrant.
The community has equipped 10 TVs with Viibrant’s community broadcasting feature and plans to implement additional aspects in early 2020.
