Caremerge launches platform with BMA Management

Caremerge LLC has launched a Care Coordination Platform with BMA Management Ltd., an assisted living provider in Illinois.

BMA Management rolled out the Caremerge solution to its 38 facilities within a month.  

BMA spokesman Ruta Prasauskas said the company had been trying to find an electronic health record that fit in with assisted living workflows.

“Traditional skilled nursing EHRs are too complicated due to code based reimbursements and do not fit into our model easily,” Prasauskas said. “Caremerge’s Care Coordination Platform … is built for the future to share resident information with outside stakeholders, which will help in developing stronger partnerships with MCOs and ACOs.”
