Carely, a platform of tools for professional care providers and caregivers, has updated its Carely Community with a provider page builder that allows organizations to customize company profiles with service descriptions, staff bios, marketing collateral and blog posts.

The platform creates a simple, secure line of communication between staff and families through communitywide and private messaging, and it is integrated with electronic medical record services such as PointClickCare to streamline communication processes.

“We know that the provider experience is just as important as the family’s, so we wanted to provide a solution that opens the door to two-way communication and more purposeful relationships with families,” said Michael Eidsaune, founder and CEO. “These enhancements not only allow organizations to elevate their brand, but also provide current and prospective families the most up-to-date information on an organization.”

Influenced by use of its products during the COVID-19 pandemic, Carely will offer a tier of its services completely for free.  

An app for families and a dashboard for providers helps both sets of users navigate tools that help share updates and coordinate visits to tracking appointments.
