Advanced Healthcare Solutions, a management group with 41 skilled nursing facilities in Texas, said it has chosen Third Eye Health and WoundRounds® to power its AdvancedCare+ tele-medical program.
The goal is for the program to reduce cost and eliminate unnecessary hospitalizations. WoundRounds technology lets nurses provide wound assessment at the bedside, while Third Eye technology allows a nurse to conduct secure text messaging and have telehealth visits.
