Bulk TV & Internet is merging with another player in the field.

The Raleigh, NC-based company announced Monday that it is being acquired by an investment firm called Marlin Equity Partners. The investor is merging together Bulk TV with DCI Design Communications, a New Jersey company that it already owns, which provides high-speed internet, room telephones and other communication services.

To add yet another wrinkle, in March 2017, DCI also acquired a third firm, Milwaukee-based EthoStream, which provides internet services to hotels and student dorms, among other customers. Combined, Bulk TV says they’ll serve as a dynamic trio for the North Carolina company, which in addition to long-term care, also serves the hospitality industry, health clubs, senior living and student housing.

“With Marlin as our partner, we have the financial support to execute on key strategic initiatives and the ability to leverage their expertise and resources to reach our next level of growth. Uniting Bulk TV and DCI positions us to become the leading triple-play provider for the hospitality and healthcare sectors,” Dave O’Connell, CEO of Bulk TV, who will serve as CEO of the combined company, said in an announcement.
