A new white paper focuses on what kinds of services accountable care organizations should provide in the post-acute spectrum.

Managed Health Care Associates, a healthcare and technology company, released “The Right Care for the Right Cost: Post-Acute and the Triple Aim,” as a collaborative effort between the MHA ACO Network and Leavitt Partners Consulting.

The paper includes financial analyses and case studies. It examines how healthcare reform is changing post-acute care payments and how PAC partnerships support the ACO mission of better care, lower cost and increased health outcomes.

“The partnership between our firms enabled us to leverage our combined intelligence to uniquely analyze the post-acute market and produce information that will prove useful to any organization looking to transform health care,” said Andrew Croshaw, president of Leavitt Partners Consulting.
