Ohio — A former Ohio nursing home worker was sentenced to two years of community control, plus added conditions, for her role in a patient’s death that occurred after a fall.
Former nursing assistant Shawna Isner, 33, must spend six months on electronic monitoring and perform 100 hours of community service, a judge ruled in February.
The incident happened in August 2017. The resident’s death was ruled accidental.
